House rules, briefly
- Check-in 2 pm, check-out 12 noon. Complimentary early check-in on request, subject to availability; early checkout can also be arranged.
- For whole-house stays, confirm your dates and arrangements with us.
- The person booking must be 18 or over. Valid ID for every adult at check-in.
- No smoking indoors.
- Generator backup for the whole house, AC included.
- No lift; the rooms are up the stairs. Tell us if anyone needs the easiest room.
- An advance confirms your booking, by bank transfer or payment link. The rest at the house.

Can a big family or group stay together?
Yes. Book several rooms side by side, or ask about the whole house (all 15 rooms). It sleeps 40–45 with extra mattresses.
Is food available?
Choose room only, breakfast, or breakfast and a home-style set dinner for individual room stays. Breakfast is included with wedding exclusive hire. Other group-stay meal arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Home-cooked meals are available on request from our kitchen.
Is there a lift?
No. The rooms are up the stairs. Tell us if anyone needs the easiest room and we’ll plan around them.
